If you watched the last video, this weeks video makes a lot of sense on the topic of my health anxiety and I am actually really proud of myself for going to the doctor so soon instead of continuing to put it off like I have in the past. I am all healthy and happy! I also have stopped wearing the oura ring officially and I am already feeling a bit better and less anxious!
