John F. Kennedy International Airport is large, so the AirTrain was created. The system connects all passenger terminals to airport parking lots, the hotel shuttle pick-up area, the rental car center, and public transportation at Jamaica and Howard Beach, where you can find the subway, the Long Island Rail Road, and public buses. The AirTrain is automatically operated continuously.
The service is free unless you start or end your journey at Jamaica and Howard Beach Stations. There, the fee is $7.75.
This video encompasses the Jamaica Loop, stopping at Federal Circle and all airline terminals before returning to Jamaica via Federal Circle again.
