Collapse Of The “Great” British Pound! What Next?!

Описание: The UK economy is in free fall. After new prime minister Lizz Truss came into number 10 and along with her cabinet members announced a mini-budget to cut taxes, it has rocked the value of the Great British Pound (GBP), along with the UK stock market too. Some have called this an irresponsible budget that doesn’t look to tackle the problem of high levels of inflation and instead will only exacerbate the UK inflation problem. The Bank of England are stuck between a rock and a hard place as they attempt to hike interest rates to cool the economy whilst the UK government have taken the opposite approach to try and stimulate it instead.
