Semi Truck with Detachable Trailer - Scrap Mechanic Creative Showcase

Описание: In this creative showcase I show off my semi truck that can actually swap trailers. The mechanism on the truck allows a trailer with the proper adapter to easily be grabbed and towed. There are virtually unlimited amounts of trailers that could be made for this trailer mechanism. The locking system for the trailer is strong enough to pull a trailer up a slope without detaching because it allows the trailer to hinge and turn but not flip out of place. I've tested this trailer hitch out on non-flat maps and it works extremely well.

This Big Rig is equipped with either a flatbed trailer or an enclosed trailer. The doors function as well as the hood to reveal the engine that powers this 18 wheeler replica.

The gameplay and frame rate slows way down while a trailer is attached to the truck. This is due to a limitation in the game engine at this point in time. The game does not like when bricks collide thus slowing the game down to about 8-11 frames per second. This should be fixed with a later update.
