Описание: MRT stations affected by the Circle Line service adjustments generally saw smooth commuter flow during the morning peak on the first weekday of changes. Measures such as organised platform queues, estimated waiting times and shuttle bus services were put in place to manage crowds, as trains will run on a single platform between three stations for tunnel strengthening works. Some commuters experienced longer journeys and detours, but congestion was kept in check. Train services are expected to return to normal on Apr 20. Eugene Chow reports.
