Did T.I. and Big Boi drop the ball by not putting together a classic Atlanta artist soundtrack for ATL? With so much talent in the city at the time, we break down what could have been and why that conversation still matters.
We also debate the question that always gets people fired up… is ATL really better than Friday? Two completely different eras, two different cultural impacts, and two films that mean a lot to Black culture. From there, we expand the conversation into ranking and debating the Top Black movies of all time.
To close it out, Don P goes on a rant about people moving to Atlanta thinking life is easy here, only to realize the city is really on “All Madden.” Hustle, pressure, and competition are real, and Atlanta is not for everybody.
