These asanas (yoga poses) massage and strengthen the glandular system, empowering our bodies for emotional resilience.
The sequence:
1. Warm-up
2. Yoga Mudra: 8 reps of a seated, cross-legged forward fold, holding the breath on empty
3. Short duration shavasana to relax and integrate
4. Cobra: 8 reps holding the breath on full
5. Short duration shavasana
6. Self massage for lymphatic drainage
7. Deep relaxation in shavasana for 4-8 minutes
