The takeaway was: Without US support, Europe is stuck in internecine politics. Trump is requiring conditions that serve US interests but not the interests of Europe. And all this makes Russia that much stronger. Trump is damaging the relationship of the US with Europe. We need to follow what is happening to correct and repair that damage.
