Make this Sesame Seed Healthy Bar with just 3 ingredients and no baking!

🧾 Ingredients:
• Sesame seeds – 1 cup
• Jaggery – 1 cup
• Ghee – 2 tbsp
👩🍳 Method:
Dry roast sesame seeds on medium heat for 3–4 minutes. Keep aside.
In the same pan, add 1 tbsp ghee and jaggery. Cook for 2–3 minutes until melted.
Do the water test to check jaggery consistency.
Add roasted sesame seeds and remaining 1 tbsp ghee. Mix well.
Transfer mixture to greased parchment paper.
Roll thin and cut into bar shapes.
Let it cool completely and store.
