Together with CWN and MBR Machines, we designed this compact yet efficient material-handling system, complete with loading and unloading stations, a spray-painting robot, a drying buffer, and a bridge crane - all in just 300m2 of factory space!
This overhead conveyor will transport wooden products measuring up to 4.5m long and 3m high and weighing up to 250 kgs.
The rotation unit together with the spraying robot makes the painting process automated and more efficient, whilst maintaining a high-quality finish!
