35 Minute Morning Yin Yoga | No Props. Good Morning everyone and thank you so much for joining me for this morning yin yoga sequence. Although not typically practiced, yin yoga in the morning is one of my favourite ways to wake up; and the morning is one of my favourite times to practice yin yoga. While yin yoga is already very meditative, healing and peaceful, I personally find it to be even more so whenever I do it in the morning. You could call it a nice little life hack. This yin class is great for beginners and yogis of all levels.
Yin Yoga has many benefits including boosting mindfulness, flexibility, circulation and balance, and reducing stress, tension and anxiety. This video especially targets the hips and opening up the hips.
Also, I am practicing this yin sequence outside getting some fresh air and nature vibes; If you too are able, I also invite you to do the same.
