Candela Italy: Walking in our Forefathers' Steps

Описание: While doing ancestry research we found out that many of our ancestors are from Candela, Italy. A few years ago we were able to visit, both the town and the cemetery and it was very fascinating to walk the same streets Tom's grandfather must have walked more than a century ago.

Since Tom's last name is Lanzetta, we were very interested in anything with his name. We even found a grave. We still have to figure out how he is connected, for now we are labeling it as a possible great grand uncle.

Enjoy getting a flavor of this picturesque town and good luck if you are exploring the ancestry rabbit hole also! Personally, we plan to return to Candela hopefully soon to learn more and find more graves and documents like birth certificates.
