Yoga For Surfers - Surfing & Yoga is the perfect match.
When I started to feel the big connection between Surfing & Yoga it changed the way I enjoy the time in the water so much. I gained strength, mobility and started to have so much more fun catching waves. All over sudden my confidence grew and I took my performance to the next level.
Consistency pays off and this is why I want to help you with a regular Yoga for Surfing practice. The whole program consists of 10 classes, working on:
1. Strength & Endurance
2. Mobility & Flexibility
3. Balance
4. Mental Strength & Focus
5. Breathing & Hypopressive Breathing
These videos are also perfect if you are a beginner to Surfing or Yoga.
Don't worry if you can't follow all the postures at the very first time, but you'll get to feel a quick improvement after repeating these videos a couple of times.
These practices:
🌟 prepare you for surfing as they include pre and post surf stretches
🌟 help you to stretch and strengthen your body at the same time
🌟 also help you to focus, clear your mind as an add on to classical work outs
🌟 help you to find your own Yoga routine
🌟 include simple and more advanced postures
🌟 allow you to start of with Yoga or Surfing if you are a beginner
