Here are my current Space Age Electronics V-33 remote visual units except for the two mentioned. All require 24VDC to operate correctly.
I found the noise issue with the amber strobe, there was a broken solder connection at the base of the strobe assembly. What you heard was the current arc across the small gap every time the strobe flashed, made a little bit of a spark. I just need to whip out the soldering iron to fix that.
I may have said yellow instead of amber a couple of times, please don't mind that...
