Tonight Is Girls Night In!!!
As you may have guessed by the title, I am on my period, craving chocolate, and wanted to bring you along as I whip up my go-to homemade hot cocoa recipe for days like this!
We discuss my hormone journey, why the period is a "vital sign", and the benefits that this recipe can offer during that time of the month!!
Ingredients:
12 fl oz milk of choice (I use soy)
1 Tbsp cocoa powder (or 1 tsp if you want a less rich taste)
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Sprinkle cinnamon
Drizzle of honey
