This video captures a first person experience (Point of View) of the mountain pass in Colorado known as the Million Dollar Highway. The famous highway is part of the San Juan Skyway Scenic Byway, designated as an All-American Road by the National Scenic Byway Program. Starting just outside of the little tourist town of Ouray, this ride takes us through Ouray, over Red Mountain Pass and into the old mining town of Silverton. The ride twists and turns as we ascend Red Mountain, enjoying harrowing drop-offs, summit meadows, and scenic vistas around every turn.
