Snap Tap is Cheating?

Still seems strange that Valve "patched" snap tap in under a week and are now kicking players for using it, while cheaters are able to easily get away with it for months and months in counter strike global offensive gameplay with some counter strike condition zero gameplay. Counter strike 2 aswell.
