This is a super simple dish for a date night or just any night where you need a steak.
Thanks to @SortedFood for the simple ratio for the peppercorn sauce that i have been using for the past 4 years or so.
The steak is a rib eye and no it's not all for me. Even though i wish it was. I broke it down in to it's 2 different muscles like @andy_cooks suggested.
Really love the Parmentier potatoes at the moment. They are super quick and simple to make and they have become a bit of an addiction.
