The EU's Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) aims to strengthen the information technology security of the financial services sector, establishing new regulations around the management of such risks.
It will apply from January 2025 and so the deadline for compliance is fast approaching. The IUA hosted a webinar with DAC Beachcroft, providing essential knowledge to help insurers navigate the legislation.
The one hour session offered an overview of DORA and its core requirements and a comparison between DORA and the UK's equivalent regime. Our guest speakers shared practical tips and techniques for meeting the regulation's requirements for information technology contracts.
