For the dark dragon, I think the absolute best party may just be Leon + 4 flyers (e.g. 2 Alts, 1 Cherie, 1 Pegasus Luna), but once you have the SRB, Dark Dragon is actually quite lenient.
In both attempts in this video, we failed to get the "full" 4 character surround, yet still cleared it in 6-7 turns.
