Описание: Minitab - basic two-way analysis of variance using the General Linear Model (I use this option instead of the two-way so that if you do have a third factor or categorical variable it is simple to add it into the model). I look at main effects plots and interaction plots. I don't cover the assumptions again but of course as we violated the normality and equal variance assumptions in the one-way anova we wouldn't want to draw any strong conclusions here either.
