Ingredients

200 grams ricotta (full cream)
½ cup cream
1 tablespoon icing sugar
2 tablespoon rosewater
10-12 sheets of filo pastry ( a few extra - See Rouba's Notes Above)

For The Sugar Syrup

3 cups of sugar
1½ cup of water
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon rose water
