As promised during my last video, here is one about how recycled plastic behaves in a lathe. Melting recycled plastic into round stock is one way to make something usable from it. It could at least be used as cheap material for practicing.
The only real problem are the airbubbles in the material which are really hard to avoid when melting plastic at home. Well, I may end up having to build an extruder after all.
