Update: in order to play this game without a split screen you have to install PCSX2 1.6.0, launch it.
Then go to Config_Video_Plugin Settings.
Choose Renderer Direct3D 11 (Software) and in Adapter your video card.
Click ok and go to system_ boot iso full (after your game in CDDVD iso selector is chosen)
Start your game and enjoy it without screen issues.
