Aaron Kwok said he has no time for a honeymoon right now, as he has already returned to work.
The veteran Hong Kong actor and singer tied the knot with model girlfriend Moka Fang on April 19th. He was speaking at the Louis Vuitton Time Capsule Exhibition opening reception Friday (21 APRIL 2017) at Statue Square Gardens in Hong Kong.
It was the 51-year-old superstar's first public appearance since their wedding day.
"I have already started working again. I want to express my gratitude to my friends in the media. Thank you for your blessing. In fact, I proposed to my wife last Christmas Day. But because of my busy work schedule, I asked my company and family members to help me arrange the wedding day. So getting married happened really naturally," said Kwok.
When asked about any plans to become father, Kwok said it is too early for him to talk about it.
"We have only been married three months, and some people asked me if this is why I can't answer any questions about pregnancy. I only replied that this is a good question. So I want to ask for more time and space from you. I really hope that God has prepared me this gift. If I have further good news about this, I will pick a suitable time to tell everyone. But, of course, I will let my mum know first."
The Louis Vuitton Time Capsule exhibition celebrates the 25th anniversary of Le French May, an annual arts festival organized by the Consulate General of France in Hong Kong to promote French art and culture.
It begins with French artisans demonstrating traditional leatherwork skills that remain as relevant today as they have been for the past century.
The exhibition then follows a visual timeline of landmark moments in the Louis Vuitton story, also including valuable pieces from the archives of the French luxury fashion house.
Other guests attending the reception included Carina Lau, Karena Lam, Hidetoshi Nakata, Hilary Tsui,Kenny Kwan and Charlene Choi and Joey Yung.
