In this video we are taking last weeks lacto fermented nuts & turning them into a yummy probiotic spread. Don't worry even if you haven’t pre-fermented your nuts you can still follow along with this simple & tasty recipe.

One final thing I would like to mention, if you find that a word in a video was pronounced incorrectly, please keep those comments to your self. They are not as helpful as you think they are & they will just be deleted.
