FOCUS : ＜p＞France's far-right party, the National Front (FN) held its annual congress last week. One unusual guest was a Russian politician named Andrei Issaiev (pictured), vice-president of the Duma, Russia's lower chamber. France's National Front wants to form stronger ties with Moscow, as both share common antipathy towards the EU. But the ties go deeper than that: it was recently revealed that the FN has been granted a loan worth millions of euros from a Russian bank. ＜/p＞
