Liberation March (Hành Khúc Giải Phóng) in Swedish [Eng subs]

Описание: This Swedish version of the popular Vietnam war song Hành Khúc Giải Phóng, or Liberation March, was recorded by Bandhagens FNL-grupp, one of the Swedish groups that formed De Förenade FNL-grupperna (The United FNL Groups) in 1972. The lyrics are not the same as in the Vietnamese original, but it's still a great and rousing song and a nice example of Vietnamese music in Swedish.

During the Vietnam war, there was a strong movement in Sweden that was anti-American and pro-FNL (the French acronym for the National Liberation Front of South Vietnam, also known as the Viet Cong). Apart from demonstrations and raising funds for the Vietnamese people and the FNL, several bands and song groups released albums with songs about the Vietnamese struggle, Ho Chi Minh and the war.

This version of Hành Khúc Giải Phóng or Liberation March was released by De förenade FNL-grupperna on the album "Vietnam är nära" (Vietnam is near) in 1972.
