INGREDIENTS:
CHOCOLATE CAKE ROLL
100 grams ( 1/2 cup + 2Tbsp ) All purpose Flour
15 grams ( 2 tbsp ) Cocoa powder
1.5 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 tsp salt
60 grams (1/4 cup) Butter
60 grams (1/2 cup) Yogurt/Curd
100 grams ( 1/2 cup) Granulated Sugar
80 ml ( 1/3 cup) Milk
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
FILLING
180 ml (3/4 cup) Whipping Cream (Add sugar if not pre sweetened)
FROSTING (Ganache)
150 grams Dark Chocolate
100grams Heavy Cream (or Amul Cream)
