To measure the real impact of government programs, the Odisha Finance Department has ordered a rapid survey-based assessment of all existing and newly launched schemes. The state has empanelled 7 top expert educational institutions and consulting agencies to conduct this extensive study and submit a comprehensive report within four months. This rapid survey aims to identify implementing bottlenecks, refine ongoing strategies, and provide data-driven support to the government for formulating future policies. The agencies will use a mix of qualitative and quantitative methods, including extensive field surveys, desk reviews, and data analysis, to verify progress directly from the grassroots.
