So with this Marvel/DC ship, I feel like it would be a chaotic loving relationship. Harley Quinn would be crushing on Spider-Man, and Peter would feel odd about the whole situation. But Peter would try to understand what Harley is really trying to do and see if she is being genuine and see if she could be trusted and be a good person. Harley would tell Peter that she loves and cares about him deeply and the reason she fell in love with him is because of who he is and his personality and she would try to be a hero like him. In the end Peter would realize that Harley does care about him deeply and wants to be with him. So both Harley & Peter would stay together and go through a chaotic yet loving relationship.
