Sometime in 1996, Noam Chomsky appeared on Vision TV in Toronto, Canada, to be interviewed by Barrie Zwicker. This is the raw footage, later apparently aired in segments. Thanks to unpopulararts for the original upload.
I did a very extensive cleanup of the audio - De-noising, EQing and removing sudden loud sounds, etc.
