Why I Made This Film

Through it all, carp fishing has been my constant—a place to reset, reflect, and find clarity when I’ve needed it most. The problem solving, the patience, the preparation, and the unpredictability of fishing—it all mirrors life in so many ways.

For me, this film isn’t just about catching fish. It’s about the deeper lessons fishing offers and the strength it gives to keep moving forward.

In this first episode, I share a midweek overnighter—a short session squeezed in after work. It’s a routine that’s become part of my life and one that always brings challenges.
