Ingredients :-

For Dough
All Purpose Flour - 2 & 1/2 cups
Sugar - 2 tablespoon
Instant Yeast - 1 tablespoon
Egg - 1
Melted Salted Butter - 4 tablespoon
Milk (Lukewarm) - 1/2 cup
Water (Lukewarm) - as required

For sugar mixture:-
Caster Sugar 1 cup
Cinnamon Powder - 1/2 teaspoon

Directions:-
In a bowl add flour, sugar, instant yeast and mix well.
Then add egg, melted salted butter, milk and mix with the spatula.
Add water and knead until dough is formed.
Cover and let it rest for 45 minutes or until double in size
In a dish add sugar, cinnamon powder and mix well.
Set it aside for later use.
After 45 mins uncover the dough.
Knead dough again,sprinkle flour and divide the dough into 2 equal parts.
Roll out dough into round shape with the help of rolling pin.
Cut with a doughnut cutter and leave for 25 to 30 minutes.
In a frying pan, heat oil and deep fry donuts on each side until golden brown.
Put donuts in sugar+cinnamon mixture.
Coat them well.
Sugar Donuts are ready to eat
