Описание: In his fifth State of the Nation Address, Pres. Bongbong Marcos called on Congress to amend the Electric Power Industry Reform Act (EPIRA) and prohibit charging system loss against consumers. The President also called for more tax exemptions, touted flagship railway projects that will start operating next year, and said he will not exempt either family or friends from accountability in the ongoing investigation on anomalous flood control projects.
