and Set Designing.

Since 2018 the company has produced, adapted, and performed 40 Drama Productions with multiple shows by playwrights including Saadat Hasan Manto, Mahesh Elkunchwar, Badal Sircar, Dr. Dharamveer Bharti,
Sateesh Alekar, Dr. Shankar Shesh, Neil Simon Peter Shaffer, just to name a few....

Darakht Theatre Company functions with an aim to tell stories on the stage which are challenging, inspiring, relevant, accessible, and above all, of the highest artistic value. Our mission has been to uncover new talent and to give opportunities to aspiring artists and technical practitioners to work in a professional, challenging, and nurturing environment in our productions.
