Race Equality Week 2026 (2–8 February) brings organisations and individuals together to reflect, learn, and take meaningful action to address racial inequality in the workplace and beyond.
This year’s theme, #ChangeNeedsAllOfUs, highlights a simple truth:
real progress on race equality cannot sit with a few voices alone.
It requires leadership accountability, confident managers, inclusive systems and everyday actions from all of us.
