In this video, I explain the latest CBSE Circular (No. 31/CBSE/CE/SPPS/2026) dated 30.03.2026 in detail. Many schools are demanding extra money during the LOC (List of Candidates) submission process, which is strictly against the rules.

Key Highlights Covered:
✅ Phase 1 (LOC Filling): This phase is intended only to count the number of candidates. NO FEE is to be paid during this phase.
✅ Phase 2 & 3 (Finalization): Students can submit, alter, drop, or add subjects/candidature.
✅ Examination Fee: You only need to pay the official "requisite examination fee" to finalize the LOC.
✅ Role of Schools: This entire process must be done through the school from which you appeared in the Main Board Exam.
✅ Unauthorized Fees: CBSE has strictly banned schools from demanding 3 months' tuition fees at the time of LOC submission.
✅ Result Safety: If you pay the fee but decide not to appear in the Second Exam, your result will still be declared based on your Main Exam performance.

CBSE Instructions for Schools:Schools must refrain from collecting any additional or unauthorized fees.The only permissible fee is the examination fee stipulated in the LOC circular.Any violation of these instructions will be viewed seriously by the Board.
