Yamato Station (大和駅, Yamato-eki) is an interchange passenger railway station located in the city of Yamato, Kanagawa, Japan. It is jointly operated by the private railway operators Sagami Railway (Sotetsu) and Odakyu Electric Railway.
The Sōtetsu Main Line (相鉄本線, Sōtetsu Honsen) is a railway line in Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan, operated by the private railway operator Sagami Railway (Sotetsu). It connects Yokohama and Ebina.
Yamato (大和市, Yamato-shi) is a city located in central Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan. As of 1 June 2021, the city had an estimated population of 242,065 and a population density of 8900 persons per km². The total area of the city is 27.09 km2 (10.46 sq mi).
