A hospital in Mill Creek, Washington was evacuated due to a suspicious device found inside the building.
21 patients were relocated to other hospitals as authorities investigate the device.
The Washington State Patrol Bomb Squad is responding to the scene and investigating the suspicious device.
The public is advised to avoid the area while the Washington State Patrol Bomb Squad responds.
This comes after a different explosive device was discovered inside a backpack in Kent, WA earlier in the morning.
Police said the Port of Seattle Bomb Squad neutralized and disposed of the homemade explosive after a concerned citizen brought it to the Kent Police Station.
