DCL Treasure 2025 - Day 5 - Falmouth, Jamaica

Описание: We started the day off with a quick breakfast at Marceline Market, then met with our group for our excursion in Falmouth, Jamaica to go visit Good Hope Estates. We went swimming, climbed a neat little waterfall area and then wrapped it up before a storm was heading. We made it back to the port with some time to do a little souvenir shopping, and picked up some patties to snack on. Once we were all changed up, we headed to the Haunted Mansion Parlor, and then Sophia said she wasn't feeling very well and that her throat was sore. We'd thought it was from screaming all the night prior at Vibe, but she was worried and asked to go see a medic. David took her to see the Dr. and she tested negative for everything, but gave her some stuff for her sore thoat and within an hour or two, she felt great again. While she was at the Dr., Carrie and I took the kids to meet Captain Hook & Smee, and Stitch. By then, it was time to get dressed for dinner at 1923, but we decided to sneak in a few photos beforehand. Everest found a little girl friend while waiting in line. We had a nice dinner then met up for a few more pictures afterwards. Theo was ready for bed, so I took the kids to the Neverland Cinema to watch the live action Lilo & Stitch, and David took Theo to bed. During the movie, I started feeling sea sick. We found out that even though we weren't on a Halloween on the High Seas cruise, Oogie Boogie had joined our ship early and was doing a surprise meet and greet at midnight! So I snuck out with the kids to go meet him. By the time we came back, I was full blown sick. I was up most the night throwing up. :( Not a good time. David took a break to go up to the deck for a drink and to draw, and eventually we all got a little rest before our adventures the next day.
