This is the old Blue Heron Paper plant in Oregon City, OR. It closed several years ago and several perspective buyers have come and go, it still stands. I just don't know for how long so I wanted to do a flyover before they demolish it...eventually. They have talked apartments/condos to store fronts for local businesses to a park but all plans have included a view of the waterfalls. The waterfalls is Willamette Falls on the Willamette River and can be seen on its own video on my channel.
Not only do you see Blue Heron Paper plant but you will also see Willamette Falls, Willamette River, a sea lion, Oregon City-West Linn Bridge and downtown Oregon City and the elevator that allows you to go from lower Oregon City to upper Oregon City.
I am told that the Blue Heron Paper was once Weyerhaeuser Paper before i came here. It was also Smurfit and then it became Blue Heron. There have been tv shows filmed here including Grimm.
