Beautiful Salento East Coast of South Puglia in Italy
The east coast of Salento begins a few kilometers south of Bari, from the beginning of that ideal line that starting from the beginning of the Gulf of Taranto divides "the heel" from the rest of Puglia. Also called the "Gateway to the East," this stretch of coastline that ends with Santa Maria di Leuca, the southern tip of Salento, is washed by the Adriatic Sea, which has irresistible transparent waters. Here you can find cliffs from which to admire fascinating landscapes, interrupted by sandy coves of ethereal beauty.
