Описание: Tampa General Hospital’s (TGH) original acute rehab unit resided in their downtown location, which had become increasingly overcrowded and they needed the space for other service line growth. TGH identified the opportunity to build a free-standing inpatient rehabilitation facility to meet the growing need as well as free up needed bed space in the current hospital. TGH identified the opportunity for a post-acute joint venture partnership with Lifepoint Health to help support the clinical, operational and financial components of expanding their rehabilitation program.
