In this episode, the team is working together in the motorcycle shop. Wally and Pete push through to tackle some of the last big jobs: fixing the kicker, sealing up the gearbox, mounting the headlight, installing the coil, and solving a few surprises along the way. The 1949 Indian Scout comes together like never before — the most complete it’s been in decades.

While there’s still plenty of work ahead once we get it back to my home garage, this episode marks a huge milestone. The clutch works, the kicker returns, the wiring is ready, and the bike finally looks whole again.

A long weekend of hard work, laughs, and shared knowledge has brought this vintage machine one step closer to roaring back to life.
