This little fur ball has no idea how special she is. Still no sign of the boys but tulip caught a smell coming from the woods that I would like to believe are them. Time will tell if the wayward kids decide to come home. Trail cams should arrive soon, and Tulip has a padlock on her enclosure just to be extra safe!
Thank you all for the kindness 🥺 sometimes nature knows best. As a scientist it’s hard when the expected outcome isn’t what was predicted. At the same time, these situations make me that more motivated to better understand beavers! They deserve it!
