These pain free strength exercises are done using only medium free weights, along with compound moves to increase the resistance placed on your muscles so that they will grow faster. As with all of my workouts, however, they have also been designed to not be too draining or overly exhausting so that you don't feel worse after. This routine is not meant to be done on fatigued days or on high pain level days so reserve it only for times when your feeling a bit better. As always go slow, watch your form and listen to your body for best results. Enjoy!
