This is paying homage to all the makcik boyans out there minus the hassle of doing the dough. Presenting to you roti( prata) boyan.
Instant prata is something we should all have in our freezer. I’ve made different things with instant prata starting from pies, rolls, puffs and more! I make a few of these roti boyan and always have them on hand in the freezer. Perfect snack to serve my guests for tea time when I don’t have the time to order treats.
This is one way to use the prata skin that is to make roti boyan. The filling is basic, you can add cheese or mince( cooked) or even all your leaves and herbs! You can fry, pan fry or bake! Endless possibilities. This is why I love sharing recipes that are super flexible . That way, you can replicate and make it your own.
