Fish cutlet is one of the best starter for parties and is very flavorful. It is crispy from outside and a soft from inside and is best served with ketchup or green chutney. In this video I have shown how to make fish cutlets at home.
Ingredients
1) Fish (basa) - 1/2kg
2) Potatoes (boiled&mashed) - 4 medium
3) Onion (finely chopped) - 1/2cup
4) Green chilli (finely chopped) - 2
5) Garlic (finely chopped) - 1tbsp
6) Ginger (finely chopped) - 1/2tbsp
7) Ginger-Garlic paste - 1tsp
8) Red chilli powder - 2tsp
9) Garam masala - 1tsp
10) Salt to taste
11) Chopped Coriander leaves
12) Oil as required
For coating
1) Egg - 1
2) Salt to taste
3) Black pepper
4) Breadcrumbs
