Two ways to unclog your radon mitigation system caused by ice from consistent freezing temperatures.
1. The Easy Way: Remove the top pipe from the motor and allow the motor to vent directly out to the air (and not through the long pipe to the top of your house). It's not a big deal in the winter as your windows aren't open so the radon won't be sucked back into your home. Just remember to attach it before it gets too nice outside!
2. The Harder Way: If the easy way doesn't fix it, then the clog/blockage is probably below the motor. So loosen up the clamp below the motor, and slide the motor over and pour some steaming hot water to melt the ice and hopefully restore flow of that nasty radon gas back out of your house.
